Returning Account Users

First Time User?
To create your account you will need to supply:
- Your account number
- A valid email address
- A unique password for your online account
- Your birthdate and Postal Code to confirm your identity
Please use the Forgot Password form to reset your password. Instructions will be sent to the email address you supplied when you created your online account. If you cannot remember or gain access to this email address, please visit the Players Club or contact us for further assistance.
Lost Players Club Card
We’re sorry you lost your card. Please stop by the Players Club or casino cashier during your next visit to get a new card. A valid photo I.D. is required.
